On recent purchase of Dining table with four Chairs (Bahamas model),
this defective but repaired chair has been provided from Chandan Ply
& Particle Board Furniture Shop, Baishakhi Market, Lichubaga, Kanchrapara (Contact No.[protected]) with bill No.154 dt.20/06/2021.
I have already talked with one of your Staff named Rupak (Contact No.[protected]) and sent him the required documents but no assurance got yet for 'Replacement'. Sir, this is my first interaction with you & your product; I hope you will act positively so that I can pronounce for you & your company also. Hence it is my request to you to please make an arrangement of replacement at the earliest.

Updated by Tamali@2021 Repeatedly on 23/06/21, 29/06/21, 30/06/21, 07/07/21 & 22/07/21 I have requested (email) them to look into the matter seriously as from 23/06/21 still now I can not use the purchased item but no one has come over to check it or to replace it. The item Complaint ID — CC47418 of Nilkamal Furniture.
