I have placed an order on NineMall11 website on 25/05/2022 (Order number 37719) for an Ergonomic office chair with Headrest adjuster and tilt limiter for Rs.1999. The order has not yet been delivered. I am also unable to track the order on the website.
I mailed my complaint about my order to the email addresses provided, namely: [protected]@safarisale.in, care.[protected]@gmail.com. There is no response and one of the email ids do not exist.
It has been a month since the order has been placed, and I wish to get a refund. It is better if people do not buy from this website with such an unreliable customer service. Was this information helpful? |
