After a few days, when we didn't receive any confirmation from the company we did a bit of research on the company and found out that many have reported this company as a fraud.
Many online purchasers have rated this company as unethical and fraudulent, www.trustpilot.com/review/ninthavenue.eu please have a look at 86% of people who have claimed that they haven't received their ordered items and their contact numbers never work.
I have paid rs.2466 on the 18th may 2020, payment details attached.
Please help me get my amount refunded and take strict action against this fraudulent company so that they cannot continue looting people like this.
