My order number is IN-NA#13103. I have not recieved the order and the product is showing cancelled. Asked for a refund and it's still not credited. It's been more than a year.

It's been almost 9 months and my product has not arrived. The number they have given for customer service does not function either. It was a prepaid product. They are neither providing the product nor are they providing the refund.

I have tried called Government provided Consumer Complaint number and as usual no one picks the call.

I Placed Order With Ninth Avenue For L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Lipstick Number 630, Beige On 1st March (ORDER IN-NA#12920). After Multiple Follow Ups With Them, Since My Order Was Not Delivered, I Asked Them To Process Refund For The Same On 13th May. On 27th May I Got An Email From Their Customer Support Stating That They Have Initiated The Refund And I Would Get My Refund Amount In 7-10 Days. However, Till Date I Haven’t Got My Amount Back. I Sent Them Multiple Follow Up Emails Asking For My Amount In July But They Are Saying That They Cancelled My Order On 3rd June And Initiated Refund. They Are Asking Me To Follow Up For Refund With Ccavenue Which Was I Believe The Payment Gateway For Ninth Avenue. Their Phone Number Mentioned On The Website Does Not Exist. And So Far I Haven’t Received My Refund.

Placed an order for revlon eyelash curler on 06th of march 2020... Order id in-na#12938... On 12th of march i enquired about the status of the product.... I received a mail stating that the product will take some time as it is being imported from outside... After waiting for 3 mnths i finally placed a request for order cancellation as thr was no update regarding the product... I am still waiting to hear from them... Now its about 2 months... No reply form their end... This company looks like a big scam... Also i came to know many ppl have lost their money... A strong action needs to be taken against this fradulent company.

I ordered item worth rs. 14000/- order id ina-13222. Product is not delivered even after many days of due delivery schedule. Customer care no. Given on website is never reachable. Company seem to be fraud.

After a few days, when we didn't receive any confirmation from the company we did a bit of research on the company and found out that many have reported this company as a fraud.
Many online purchasers have rated this company as unethical...

Kindly refer to the above mentioned order no. Purchased on 06/12/2019, with pre payment.
In this regard it’s been 40 days of the order placed and payment made, still no information of the order or order received from this fraud company. I have read many reviews of this company after my purchase and got to know that it is a very big fraud company and all the customers are facing same issues.
Please take the action as they are looting hard earned money of the customers.

I ordered a product from ninth avenue (https://www.ninthavenue.com/)on jan 3 and they mentioned they will update me with the tracking details and all that but they didn't. I tried to contact them through email and the phone number provided in thier website but it doesn't even exist and i messaged them in their instagram account but still no response. I think they are a total scam. The website should be shut down. Lot of other people have also had bad experience which they commented in their instagram account. I paid ₹918 and please help me get my money back. My order number : in-na#12738. Please take action on them.
