NIOS — amount debited but payment not completed

Dear sir,
I was filling up form of d. El. Ed teacher training form and had made a payment of rs 6070.80 by using my credit card, while making payment server got error and account debited but payment not completed, it has been 6 days and still amount not refunded. I am giving details kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
