NIOS — amount deducted but tell me for repayment

Dear sir,
I was filling up form of d. El. Ed teacher training form and had made a payment of rs 4553.1 by using my credit card, while making payment. It said that"your transaction could not be accepted due to following reasons" "transaction succesful". I am giving details kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
