NIOS — certificates not received

I sat for nios senior secondary exams of october 2017 and was declared passed in the first week of january 2018. I was supposed to get all the certificates after 25 days. That's what the nios says. However, it is january 18 and i still haven't received any of my certificates. Kindl;y let me know when the certificates are coming out as i need them to begin applying for college.

Updated by yugpa Still no response. No response to emails also. Phones to the NIOS also do not work. Can NIOS at least let people know whether the certificates of those who appeared in the October 2017 Highers Secondary exams are out?
