NIOS — complaining about my father's name

Sir, i have been admitted in nios d. El. Ed to appear for the re-examination. The date of our examination is approaching very near. And i have just found out that i filled up my father's name zokhuma as c. Zokhuma wrongly in my d. El. Ed identification card recently. So, i kindly beg you to correct it by writing zokhuma. I will be very happy if you could solve my problem very soon.
