NIOS — correction of father & mother name

I want to change my father's Wrong Name is Saroj Kumar Instead of name of My Father's is Saroj Kumar Singh
pls correct it is them.
It is my very serious problem of mine because of that i am not able to take admission in other course pls help me & Change them.
I have been Submitted Last year for Correction form, But Instead of Changing of my father name, Nios patna Center said That I Should I Again, For Correction Of My Father Name, I Have been submitted DD Also,
