Nios Deled — national institute of open schooling payment deducted from bank account but in nios server shows that "payment not made"

I have submitted del. Ed. 2nd year admission fee sum of 6010 online but amount is deducted from bank account and yet shows after entering enrollment no. That "payment not made".

Please take neccesary action regarding my complaints.
