NIOS — nios amount deducted but admission in d. el. ed. not confirmed in nios

Dear sir,
I was filling up form of d. El. Ed. Teacher training and had had made a payment of rs. 4510 because it was showing that, in my account "your transaction sucess". But time amount had been deducted and still admission is not concerned. I had tried to call many times to custemer care of nios and other numbers related to nios but no any no is responding and its service is totally worst.
I am giving the detail below. Kindly solve the matter quickly because as per govt order it is mendentry to admit every untrained teachers till 30.09.17 in d. El. Ed. Course of nios.
