NIOS — not making correction in name

My name is amrit anand kar i have completed my 10th from nios board in 2015 but after i got my certificate noticed that their is a mistake in my name my correct name is as mentioned above and they have mentioned as amrit ananda kar. So i have gone to the nearby regional office which was at bhubaneswar and the told them but that time they said their is no problem with it but after some years when i applied for any jobs i faced problems because of my name in 10th certificate so again i went to the nios office but they are not willing to help me nor they are making correction to my name and telling don't tell us we can't make it for you
