NIOS — Refund admission fee

Respected sir/ma'am, my name is faiz khan and i apply for class 10th and i pay rs. 3070/- on 31st july 2020. As per form status i have to submits some documents but some years ago i lost my marksheet. I am try to found and re-print again by board but for lock-down reason there are all close.
I'm try to so many time on toll free number of nios but no response.
That's why i am request to you, please refund my fee and i am apply next year with required document.
