NIOS — Result yet not published

I joined in NIOS to complete my senior secondary in 2019 for science stream.After the exam it appeared as I had failed in 2 subjects. I again paid the money for on demand exam for the failed subjects. Attended the exams on 28 March And 4th April 2023, The result was published but the result of one subject is still The same as before. I mailed And visited the regional centre But still I didn't get any response.
