NIOS — two time made payment but status is still payment not made

I have paid two time payment of nios deled exam fees but status is still payment not made. My name is hidor ali barbhuiya my enrolment number is [protected]. Please update my payment status and refund my last payment of rupees 1060.00 first i have paid 760.00 rupees on 6 march payment completed but status was payment not made i wait 6days but still payment status was payment not made than i try to make payment and it was also successful but still status is paymentnot made. What should i do..
