ShopOnn — failure to refund

I placed an order at their website "shoponn.in" for gatsby after-shave lotion on april 11, 2018 and paid rs. 225/- by net banking towards product cost & delivery charges. They confirmed the order # orn[protected] by sms, saying they will despatch it shortly and share courier details. Bank has also confirmed debit.

On april 15, 2018, they sent an sms saying that their vendor rejected the order (No reasons given) and asked me to email my bank account details to "[protected]@shoponn.in", to get refund immediately. I sent them an email at this address immediately, giving my bank account details.

So far they have not refunded the amount. They have also not replied to any of my 3 subsequent emails dated april 23, 30 & may 3, enquiring refund status. I have made several attempts to call them at the only customer service phone no. Listed on their website, [protected]. They are not replying or line is engaged.

I requet you to persuade them to immediately refund the amount.
