The builders and the site engineer has now started to work at night at this site. This is to avoid the inspection by the inspectors. The workers are working at night with no lights and make more noise so that they cannot be detected. The screeching noise of the crane the hammering and brick loading in the barrow till 10:30 at night is unacceptable. I think either they should be monitored by the government department or by the police. If there is an accident at the site due to the safety rules not observed i will make sure that i will provide photographic and audio video evidence.
