Nirmal LifeStyle — Refund of my paid amount

I have booked a flat in thames a, 901, on 22 october 2013. But the project did not start. They offered me to take the flat in another project which i did not agree.
Due to this, i cancelled the booking on 12 december 2017 and asked for refund of my paid amount that is rs. 1435242. They took all the receipt and documents from me and told me that i will get the refund in 6 to 8 months.
After not receiving the money in the said time i called them but to no avail. I have not received my money yet
