No Refund amount has been received since Dec 2018, as promised to EOw of 7 Installment of 7 Lakhs each, out which only 2 were received.

I had booked a flat under Nirmal One Spirit Edition. The project was cancelled and they made us give all documents back with PDC cheques. All the cheques have bounced. I am looking for fellow homebuyers to contact me so we can fight together as done by some of the other project homebuyers

I had invested in Nirmal Omega mulund in 2012. Project didn't receive any approval amd construction has not yet begun till date. I have not received single amount from them. Anyone else in same situation?

I am Rajesh Kumar I have book flat in victory in Apr 2014, But till date no any progress in Nirmal office not a single person Is To told true and correct information for kalyan project.
Such type of third claass bilder never seenin my life. I will sugest to all custmers those who book flat in Nirmal in kalyan Please come together and complaint to police or Consumer court.
Please its very very essential. In Nirmal custmer service is very bad.
I will also suggest To new custmer please not book flat in Nirmal kalyan.
If you have enjoy life Without tress please away from nirmal.

2.As per the registry the possession date is 2018.Now its 2021 and as per the registry the project is delayed for 6 years.There is no update from your end .

3.You have taken our money and no update from your side. the official number of your company is also not working. The bank has also rejected your property.
It seems like you have absconded with the money.

4..We can't trust this type of builder and your marketing people have cheated us. We dont want any excuse from your end. We trusted and gave you the money.We were unaware of your fraud activities.

Hi,

I have invested in Nirmal Omega property, Mulund West in Sep 2013.

This project didn't get approval and when followed up in Oct 2018, builder offered 12 post dated cheques against cancellation of our booking, which got bounced when deposited in Bank.

When enquired about these bounced cheques, it was told to us that amount will be refunded shortly provided we should not take any legal action. Since Apr 2019 I have been contacting nirmal office in mulund to get my money back. I am not getting satisfactory answers from them.

Please look into it and help us resolve this issue at the earliest.

Hi I am dattatray kajrolkar booked a flat in nirmal lifestyle riveria. Plantano G wing. Flat no 907. It’s been more than 10 years now. Paid half of the amount of the flat. Till when we gonna get our flat or plz refund my money. Thank you

Please look into it and return back all money for the people who had invested in nirmal lifestyle real estate projects.

I expect some action from your end. Not just forwarding it to Nirmal Lifestyle customer support as there is no action from their side. I am sure there may be thousands of buyers facing the same issue.

Booked a flat in 2013, till date no possession .
Applied for refund and that to no response.

I have booked a flat in thames a, 901, on 22 october 2013. But the project did not start. They offered me to take the flat in another project which i did not agree.
Due to this, i cancelled the booking on 12 december 2017 and asked for refund of my paid amount that is rs. 1435242. They took all the receipt and documents from me and told me that i will get the refund in 6 to 8 months.
After not receiving the money in the said time i called them but to no avail. I have not received my money yet

I had invested in project collosium in kalyan in year 2014. However after multiple follow ups since the project was not even initiated. I was asked to cancel the booking in 2017 with the promise to pay the principle amount. Till date i am visiting in the hope that dharmesh jain gets recovered and his business blooms again so that i get my money back.. God bless him

I had booked a flat in thames in the c-wing, no.302 on 3rd floor in october 2015 for which i was promised the possession of flat by december 2017. Later they informed that due to dumping ground issues they have got a stay for the project and offered me an apartment equivalent to the carpet area in one of their other towers for which i had not agreed.

Due to this i had cancelled the booking in october 2016 and have asked for the refund amount paid during the booking amount.

After regular follow-ups also they are not refunding the amount.

A court order has been issued by maharera on 29 april 2019 and to this day, which construes to almost 5 months, nlskpl does not even have the decency to acknowledge a court order in which it clearly mentions to give full refund with interest.

Moreover, we have been patiently requesting nlskpl as well as rera to inform us what are the modalities in order of execution of this order (Reattached herewith). Not rera nor nlskpl has taken any move in this matter till date.

As already indicated during the hearing that my husband needs medical attention due to his leukemia and we are in need of funds for his resolve. The same has also been mentioned in the order.

It is prudent to mention that during the hearing when my husband had questioned the judge regarding the seriousness of enactment of order being passed by him in any eventuality, in front of the nlskpl, and with all authority, shri madhav kulkarni in his own words said that "when pass the order, they have to obey" and the same has also been mentioned in the order.

However, all we see is a total mockery of shri madhav kulkarni and maharera by nlskpl.


This is a total reproach and if any of them have seriously taken an oath to serve justice to deserving people, now is the time when you must fulfill your oaths and do what is good and conclude this matter by making our payoff immediately in one go which should include main amount + interest amount.

We have invested in us - open game point in 2013 ; from that day till today he is revising dates of possession: completely fed up with follow ups now. Shapoorji has taken over but nothing is happening at site. We want entire refund with interest. Please help us we have agreement copy as well & all payment receipts expect help asap
Earliest commitment was for 2016 later revised to 2017 later 2018 finally they made agreement n mention 2020 but till date from 2013 their is no progress site is in same condition & staff keep on changing & we don’t get any reply
Shapoorji team at site also unable to answer anything till date they have not received any oc or cc to start work also we have lost all hopes now kindly help us to get full amount refund with interest asap to take house somewhere else our parents are suffering every year with shifting in rented places nirmal is now a nightmare to us we lost faith in them we don’t want to keep this residence plz help expect your kind cooperation

Nirmal lifestyle, game point, paid 90%, but no construction done till date! Total fraud!! Please do not invest in any nirmal lifestyle projects! They had been taking the payments on time but failed to deliver the project. We have invested our hard earned money but they don't even have the construction updates till date!!! We have been sending emails for refunding the money due to the failed project but no response to our emails either.
