I recently booked for the le pearl beach resort condolim, even after payment done by me, they didn’t even provide me vouchers, each time i try to call them
They said the same thing over again and again saying there server is slow
How much unprofessional is that, i have to check in hotel so i need the vouchers for the same, if i didn’t get it time then what is used about this
Its look like they are forcefully trying to make no show, and the girl who is looking after the booking sonali, she is doesn’t respond as well and and the my marriage preparation is going all, in all the preparation i should follow up to them or concentrate of other things which is important to me now
I need my money back in that case they did not provide me vouchers 1-2 days
