Maine is company ka resort tour package 1.25 lacs. M liya tha inke resort joki goa main hai.
Inki policy kai anusaar maine 1 month l baad maine 1 month baad inhe room k liye request kiya ki 20-25 din k baad mera tour hai aur mujhe room chahiye but inke customer care ne bola ki inke resort khali nahi hai aap date change krdo maine wo bhi karke dai diya even location bhi change krwa diya fir bhi ye room nahi dai rhe aur nahi mail per koyi answer diya, aur na he meri payment refund kr rhe hai.

When you take membership they will commit so many things to you show you so many lists of hotels and resort

If you check their hotel list, they have around 10-12 free hotels in india
8-10 paid hotels where you have to pay around 1500/2000 rupees / day

The hotels which they are tie-up with are not up to the mark, very basic resorts and off location

They are also asking for 5 k maintainance charges alternate years as it was never mentioned in the contact/ membership plan

You can not cancel the membership also they will not provide the refund for this

The membership cost is different for each n every individual

I paid 35000/- to them for 3 years membership. Everytime i request them for booking they refuse by saying that resort is not available due to peak season, i am surprised even making request 3-4 month in advance, how all resorts are full. Now from last 3-4 months they are not replying on mail and no reply on their customer care number.

It gave very frustrating feeling and i really feel they plunder my money.
Please help me with my refund, and for god sake i will not ever join such membership with any company in future.

Companies like nirmiti gave me mindset not to join even genuine companies.

Please blacklist this company and help me with my refund.

I had taken nirmiti membership on 04 november 2018 and paid inr 1, 25, 000. They had told within 45 days we they will update us with our package but did not get any response and their phone calls are closed.
I think i have been fooled and the nirmiti management has stolen my money. Please help us to get our money back.
They promised to provide dae login as well which is not found yet, no communication from their end
I am trying to call the company since two month, i can now see many complaints of this company and many customers have been fooled by this company.
Please help us to refund our money it’s our humble request

This is Santosh sahu working as OPC, giving gift cards to tours to come to see resort and sales rep sell the membership...i worked hard and sudhir tge marketing manager who is really pathetic anddemotivated me every time . This man fraudly extract income of ours from OPCs and still company providing him 1 to 1.5 lakh per month...i dnt know why if he cant respect small people then he dont deserve to be manager actually he dnt deserve
Now i will do police complain if my salary doesnt come as soon as possible..then i will publish to social media and politicians as well..pls do the need full and take the strict action against him

I was approached by a nirmiti person who sold us the nirmiti membership at the false promise of having access to over 70 resorts in india at free of cost (Against the membership and annual charges). However when i received the detailed documents vide post a few days later, all the promises were not documented., we were cheated by the nirmiti person. Also the phone number was switched off. I have paid over 1.5 lacs for what benefits i could never avail.

Nirmiti is a fraudulent company

There are so many people roaming around goa with this scratch card to attract people

I don't know how can goa police or government take action

It gives a very bad image

Its fraud in broad day light

Nirmiti resort is a part of this as the office is located in ground floor with loud music so that there is no mobile signals

Its very dangerous & think local politicians are part of this other-wise how on earth can people approaching openly

I have sent mail for cancellation of membership with nirmiti. I have spoken to rajat gupta in goa for cancellation of membership, response not yet received. I had taken the membership on 27sept2018 which was to get active by 2019 for 10yrs. Ispoke to few resorts and hotels list sent by them, the response was not positive and i found it not true as told to me by sales representative rajat gupta in goa. Their address keep changing, their phone numbers not working, emails not responding, website not true, similar website with same marketing stuff working in mumbai with the name classic holiday resorts and clubs. All this is brings out the fact that they are not true people and only marketing stuff to fool innocent people.

I recently booked for the le pearl beach resort condolim, even after payment done by me, they didn’t even provide me vouchers, each time i try to call them
They said the same thing over again and again saying there server is slow
How much unprofessional is that, i have to check in hotel so i need the vouchers for the same, if i didn’t get it time then what is used about this

Its look like they are forcefully trying to make no show, and the girl who is looking after the booking sonali, she is doesn’t respond as well and and the my marriage preparation is going all, in all the preparation i should follow up to them or concentrate of other things which is important to me now
I need my money back in that case they did not provide me vouchers 1-2 days

Please get my refund back to me, if they unable to provide vouchers

Maine nirmati ka plan nov 2016 goa me liya tha us time to in logo ne bhut acche acche plan bta kr mujhe member bna liya. Maine 10 years ki membership 80, 000 me li thi. Ab ye log apne bato ko change krte ja rhe hai. Per day utility charge 750 rs lga rhe hai jo k inhone hme member bnate time nhi btaya tha. Call kro to attend nhi krte hai. Agr hm inki bato pr believe krte hai to inko bhi apna kam honesty se krna chaiye..

We became a member of nirmiti in November 2016. We were approached by some person in Goa and he told us that we won a price and took us to another hotel where we were approached by a nirmiti representative. He told us various positive points which we have by being a member of nirmiti . He told us that they have properties all over India, showed us brouchers with lovely resorts . He also told us that by being a dae member we get discounts on selected 5 star hotels all over the world . Radisson being one of them. We paid 50k and took emi scheme . Till date we have paid 115000. We frequently visit bangalore so we thought of staying in nirmiti property this time . To our horror no hotel is present in bangalore . No dae affiliated hotels are available in bangalore . When they had claimed that their hotels are in all major cities this is a fraud and scam . I asked for a refund of my amount as this membership doesn't serve my purpose. I don't get a service in the cities of my interest .when I approached nirmiti, I was being told that there is no refund policy. They are cheating the customers by giving false information . Kindly be careful and never entertain these #####
