Nitesh Shrivas a native of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh in Madhya Pradesh who came to Mumbai, Maharashtra in 2013 to become a film director with his Chhattisgarhi actress wife Seema Singh has cheated numerous people of money. He is still carrying out the scam with fake identities ( as shown in attached screenshots ).
A very arrogant and rude person, Nitesh Shrivas inflated his real and fake Facebook profiles with false achievements to get targets from facebook groups with his fake film casting or film financing posts. The duo have created many fake profiles to fool the people on social media. They show fake newspaper articles or selfies with celebrities to convince victims. People who pay money with hopes of working in films are simply ignored, blocked or harrassed. They keep on changing their contact numbers to prevent getting caught.
Manish Rao, Kumar Rohit, Girish Sharma are his fake ids on Facebook. There are lots of victims who have fallen prey to this scam. Demonetization has helped these frauds due to an increased use of mobile wallets which are difficult to recover once money is lost. They both stay in a rented flat in Mira Road, Thane, Mumbai.
