Nitin Enterprises — trade complaint against m/s fantastic fresh foodstuff trading llc & m/s safo foodstuff trading llc | |||
Hello there, I am adityasingh kushwaha an indian exporter. My import export code is [protected]. i have exported red onion to dubai company named fantastic fresh foodstuff trading llc & consignee is safo foodstuff trading llc.in fanstastic food trading llc there are 2 partners both from pakistan (Named muhammad shaheryar & umer). And in safo foodstuff trading llc there 3 partners out of which 1 is from india (Mohammed taslim noor) and another 2 person is from pakistan (Muhammad shaheryar & umer). the deal of red onion has been fixed at 18th march 2018 at 30% advance on document and 70% within 7 days and bill generated at 20th march 2018 (Invoice has been attached). Here while fixing deal 1 person from pakistan (Muhammad shaheryar) who is partner in both firm has represented himself as an indian (Mohammed taslim noor) and given various detail about various place and hometown of indian person (Mohammed taslim noor) without intimating and in knowledge of him. And represented indian person (Mohammed taslim noor) as an pakistani person (Muhammad shaheryar). They have given 1, 19, 000 inr only against document from uae exchange but till now not have given my remaining amount. As i asking to pay them daily and they are telling they will make payment today itself but not paid me till now. 1 pakistani person (Umer) who is partner in fanstatic fresh foodstuff trading llc has agreed to pay me my money along with some advance money for coconut deal purpose. They send me transfer receipt as well as swift copy form uae exchange. I have given swift copy to my bank and they are telling that this copy is not visible to them. Afterward i have found some mistake in transfer receipt (I. E. Umer has transfer me 55, 050 aed but in receipt the amount in words is seven thousand only has mentioned) i have shown that receipt to my another client of dubai and they have told that this receipt is fake. But for confirmation i have send all detail to uae exchange (Request id 3023797) but till now my grievance has not been solved by them. On 27th april 2018 i get to know that muhammad shaheryar representing himself as a mohammed taslim noor and gone to pakistan because of family problem. I have talk to mohammed taslim noor via mobile phone and he is telling that he will not make payment here, he will go to dubai talk with their partner and make payment to me and also telling me to come dubai for settlement, but i have don't faith on them. Mohammed taslim noor is going to dubai tomorrow only (I. E 1st may 2018) as he have told me. Till now i have not get my money back of red onion which i have exported (2, 40, 000 inr). And they are threating me that in dubai you cannot do anything, because dubai government or local authority does not response much in this type of matter. I have all recording about their conversation in whatsapp. i don't know what system is in dubai but this think discourage to do export, as i have exported first time suffer so much thing. People from outside country ruining the name of dubai and making dubai market worse. It's a special request to take strict action. As well as sharing there contact no. And there firm name. Muhammad Shaheryar as per instruction of your we send container, if there is delay you should intimate us. But you didn't told me anything and I don't understand that Omar is your partner and you telling me to not to deal with your partner?? If your partner is fraud person than why you are in partnership with him?? You not knowing that what type of your partner is and what he is doing in the name of company?
First of all, you have introduce yourself as an Indian Buyer (Muhammad Quershi) in Dubai and you have fix the deal in fix payment basis. Fix payment terms mean it is your problem whether we face a loss but you have to make payment as per invoice, if there is any delay in shipment you should reject that shipment it our problem that what to do with that container. And you should remember that you have told me to take money from Omar which is your partner. Instead of sending money you and your partner has sent me fake document and also created a fake and dramatic scenario that Muhammad Shaheryar is admitted due to some reason. Mr. Shaheryar you and your firm is totally fraud, I will suggest to all exporter to not deal with this type of cheap guys, they will ruin your dream and also cheat you. They will fix deal in goods term than after receiving container they will lag your payment or make half payment.

I told to Nitin that never deal with omar and i have prove of that conversation sir one more thing you missed a vessel so i have prove for that also one more thing i offer to Nitin that i will give your loss whatever is was and start doing shipments but he said no
I also have number of prove against Fantastic Fresh Foodstuff Trading LLC and also Safo Fresh Foodstuff Trading LLC like to make shipment delay and number of fake document like fake remittance advise and many more which you and your partner have provided to us. It's a silly claim that you are making, we have mail against you and if you forget I remind you that partner is also an owner of business and you yourself telling that your partner is fake that mean every partner of both entity is fake. I will suggest everyone to beware while dealing against such fake entity.
Hello, i myself faced same Problem with shaherayar, what confirms the issue happened with Nitin Entreprises .He is such a non honest man, lies and makes you trust him then when he gets the order, try to catch him.
Honestly i feel stupid because i gave him trust, as i already saw this post before i send him order, but he convanced me he was performin Umrah and bla bla bla, then he showed that he made payement and all after coming back to Dubai, anyway, i believed him and shipped his order .
Our deal was like to make wire after getting his goods, he said all was ok with the order except few oranges, that he loved quality and that he will make our bank transfer in one day as it was weekend ...then he showed that online application for wire, but all was fake .till this day he didnt send the amount, and what is worst is that he hides ...man should not hide, they should face reality Mr shaherayar .
But im not going to leave him in peace, its my right and i wont leave a cheater play such games on me .

I told to Nitin exporter from India that never deal with omar until you inform me but they make a deal in behind of me and now my company name make famous in negative .
Kindly remove this complain imediatly and one more thing i Muhammad shaheryar partner of Fantastic Fresh Foodstuff booked a container from Nitin on fix basis but he didnt send shipment on time i sale onion in loss but i send him more money as i recived from market and after that i offered to Nitin that i will give you payment for starting shipmentz but he refuse my offers
