Nitin Kumar — fraud by agent to give wrong information

I paid all amount to lic agent but he did not submit for last three year all information given under attachment please consider this.

Sir i live in delhi and my branch in mathura because lic agent is my relative but he doing fraud with me today i asked about premium he said i paid all premiums and he give me wrong information everytime like when i know about this matter and i asked him he said you are not link your adhaar card so this problem happen with you and they assured me that i deposit all premiums but now i check online then status show you are not paid your lic premium for last 3 year
Plz resolve my quiry as soon as possible and take legal action on him
