Claim Number: NIVA BUPA TRAVEL: [protected] : NT00000869
Our claim is rejected for the cover which said to be covered in the policy cover document shared with us, page 4 of the cover letter stating that I am covered for emergency outpatient, however when the claim is submitted with all the details, it is rejected stating that the emergency outpatient is not covered.
It is not fair to state that coverage is not available for the item that is said to be covered under policy cover that I am covered.
I didn't get any response from the team after the I shared the details of the policy cover, now I submitted the details to IRDAI looping Niva Bupa team, hope necessary action is taken. Was this information helpful? |
