Our claim is rejected for the cover which said to be covered in the policy cover document shared with us, page 4 of the cover letter stating that I am covered for emergency outpatient, however when the claim is submitted with all the details, it is rejected stating that the emergency outpatient is not covered.

I am having niva bupa health insurance and Policy No. [protected]. It is has completed about 3 years and not claimed any amount. Surprisingly, niva bupa charged premium amount from Rs 17072 to 19547 hiked Rs 2470/- paid on 25th April 2023 whereas neither any rider or any other facilities added to my policy from my side. I sent many mail to the grievance handling machinery but issue of HIGHLY UNJUSTIFIED PREMIUM HIKED has not been resolved....
