Sir I paid Rs.2, 11, 000/- as a service charge for tradings call in Niveshicon.com company through online on company site during the month Jun, july august 2018 as commetted by AAkas mittal and Sumit Bajaj.
2 The company did not provide any profit.
3 The Company is not refunding my amount.
4 That I suffered loss more than Rs.500000/-(Five lakh) due to this company

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Forum may kindly be pleased to:

Hold that the company has breached the contract by not refunding the Extra money.
To direct the Opposite party to get in touch with the complainant and provide the refund of INR 711000/-.
Direct Opposite party to pay a compensation towards the mental pain and agony caused & the financial loss faced by him.

And / or Any other further relief, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, just and proper may also kindly be passed in favor of the Complainants. SIR ALL PROFF H MERE PAS.
