[Resolved]  Nivnand Air Travels — Ticket Agent Refusing to refund the cancelled ticket amount

Dear Sir, We used to book Air Tickets for our employees with agent “Nivnand Airtravles” in the past. Last one year we are booking tickets through other agent as we had some issues with Nivnand. We made a Air Ticket in Air India through Nivnand Airtravels in the past and the same is cancelled as the employees not travelled. The airticket details as as given below, Airlines: Air India Cancelled Tickets: 098-[protected] & 098-[protected] & 098-[protected] Nivnand Air Travels as done this tickets with Air India through Akbar Travels. We have followed with Air India and Akbar Travels and they have confirmed the ticket money is refunded to Nivnand Air Travels and we need to get back the amount from Nivnand. For last 20 days Nivnand is refusing to refund and says we can only book tickets and adjust the amount. When we said we will not book tickets they said we can do whatever we want and they will not pay the money. Dear All, I would like to inform you that after some delay we have received the payment promptly from Nivnand Agency. We are happy with this and would like to withdraw our complaint against them. Dear Sir,

In continuation to the above complaint, after much efforts the Ticket Agent Nivnand agreed to make the payment
for the cancelled ticket.

But they have not yet made the payment saying some excuse or the other.

Please help us get the refund amount with some penalty from them.

Dear Sir,

We would like to confirm you that after some delay we are able to receive our due from our Agent Ninvand, and we are happy that though that the payment is delayed, the payment is made promptly.
