Booked a return ticket from china to india on niyo global app
on 11 may 2026 for 25 may 2026.
While booking it was showing that if i cancel my flight on niyo app before 72 hours it will deduct 3000rs charges and refund remaining amount.
Ticket amount was 27568 rs.
I cancelled my ticket on 21 may. With much more time remaining than 72 hours.
I raised many complaints with company from then about my refund, but they always closed query without even asking me and marked it as resolved.
And after around 2 months of follow up they are mailing me that niyo will only refund rs1578 out of it.
I also have 37500 points in the app which should be settled for rs 3750 for any booking we make through app.
They also dismissed 30000 points out of it . Without telling me .
