I had transferred 100000 INR (One Lakh Rupees) using UPI in my SBM bank saving account [protected] yesterday, but this is not reflected yet. This account in SBM bank was created while applying for Niyo Global Card. It's been already more than 24 hours since and yet I had not received the amount. Useless support, not even trying to resolve the issues. I am not able to withdraw cash from International ATMs with my credit card from Niyo global.
Also, this fraud company app doesn't work when trying to pay credit card bill.
I had asked for a support ticket and it has not been resolved yet for ATM problem since 15 days....
