Amount Transferred not reflected in my saving account

I had transferred 100000 INR (One Lakh Rupees) using UPI in my SBM bank saving account [protected] yesterday, but this is not reflected yet. This account in SBM bank was created while applying for Niyo Global Card. It's been already more than 24 hours since and yet I had not received the amount. Customer care is saying to have patience to wait, it will be surely reflected but I so far had not received any amount. This is not expected, I need my money back.

Useless support, not even trying to resolve the issues. I am not able to withdraw cash from International ATMs with my credit card from Niyo global.
Also, this fraud company app doesn't work when trying to pay credit card bill.
I had asked for a support ticket and it has not been resolved yet for ATM problem since 15 days.

Complaint marked as Resolved App was updated to resolve the credit card bill payment issue. Not sure about international atm cash withdrawal part since I am back in India
