Nkgsb Bank — request for reversal of illegal charges

Hi,

I am being charged with minimum account balance charges illegally by nkgsb bank.
Rbi guidelines : it is advised that henceforth banks are not permitted to levy penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balances in any inoperative account.

I need all my mab charges back as on date in my account, moreover i would like to mention to nkgsb bank team that my account was in dormat due to inactivity from last three years, at the time i activated my account by home branch i submitted all papers and ask the concern bank person about any fine or dues i have to pay she reply me no.
