    I am bank a/c holder in nkgsb in bangalore hrbr branch i have applied for loan from 2months but tat time they have not rejected after 2months they are telling u r file got rejected from head office they asked 2guranteer tat also i have given they are telling i have taken morantiom but i have not taken any morantaium they are not providing correct reason for rejection branch manager telling we have not got any reason from head office but i want why my file got rejected please provide me the reason i have to show to another bank please provide me

      Dear sir/madam,
      I am a customer of nkgsb for the past 5 years and hold a individual saving account in mira bhayander branch (Branch code 32 | ifsc)
      I have faced issues with my debit card being non functional at times. On reporting this to the
      Customer service of nkgsb, i was asked confidential details like cvv and pin of the debit
      Card to get the issues checked. On highlighting this to the branch and customer service, i
      Was told by the staff that the bank do take the liability of getting this verified with the
      Customer service department.
      It was a very unlikely response. I decided to turn the account to zero to avoid any dispute in
      My account.
      At a later stage, i got the card blocked and reissued.
      I ask the branch staff to convert my account to basic banking saving account which is a
      Zero balance account. Branch staff refused and i was told that there is no such account
      Offered as per rules of the bank.
      I couldn't close the account at that stage as this account was registered for tax returns and
      Other important credits from government departments.
      I was left with no option but to continue with the account untill all my financial relationships
      With the bank comes to an end.
      Once the formalities were over, i made sure i proceed with account closure. Unable to
      Personally visit the bank i assigned my family member to submit a completely signed
      Account closure form along with my debit card and cheque book and passbook to proceed
      With the request of closure but the form was not accepted citing that account holder need to
      Be personally present.

      The account is now into negative balance due to non maintenance charges. Account has
      Been inactive for more then a year but i was not notified by the bank by letter, email, calls or
      Sms and nor offered bsbd account and nor was my complaint acknowledged.
      To my knowledge, the rbi has asked banks to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance
      Of minimum balance once the balance in a savings account touches zero. According to the
      Rbi, if any bank continues to debit charges on a savings account creating a negative
      Balance, customers can approach the banking ombudsman.
      I am sad to say that despite making efforts to continue with the relationship with nkgsb
      There has been a very unlikely response.

      Staff of nkgsb mira bhayander branch have been extremely rude. They address me as mulghi in marathi rather then using professional language as customer or account holder or ma'am. They interacted among themselves "mulghi ka case nipta ke baat karte hai"
      Extremely unlikely behaviour.

      Please train your staff to hand public relations.

        misbehaviour and rude attitude

        Mira-Bhayandar branch in Mumbai has a need to change the staff the watchman is so rude shouts on us even the manager instead of firing him argued with us and we had to deposit 50 lakhs urgently it was a humble request as we were 10 mins late she would have politely treated us but yelled and misbehaved no value Gayatri nahamitra has for her precious customers I will never use nkgsb bank it needs a change of staff in this particular branch...

        request for reversal of illegal charges

        I am being charged with minimum account balance charges illegally by nkgsb bank.
        Rbi guidelines : it is advised that henceforth banks are not permitted to levy penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balances in any inoperative account.

        Sun.: Transaction debited dated 19.01.2017 Rs 8000/-

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I Mrs Poornima S Kini holds a saving account no [protected] from that account RD SI has been deducted on 02.01.2017 Rs. 8000/- which is correct…but on 19.01.2017 I got a message alert for account got debited for Rs.8000/- Narration mentioned was “NK67406” and credited in A/c no 013************390 which is not my RD no

        As I have already enquired in the bank dombivli branch on 19.01.2017 twice Ms. Rachana Madam told that it will be reversed within 2 working days…as the same is been wrongly deducted as SI of RD Rs 8000/- due to system up gradation done by the bank.

        Today is 21.01.2017 still the same is not credited in my saving account no [protected](SB9862).

        Request you to please look in to the matter on urgent basis and reverse the amount of Rs 8000/- to my saving account no SB 9862 without affecting my RD installments and its maturity amount.
        And pathetic situations is customer care line is always busy no reply from there side on email branch officials are also not replying properly ...
        Rd isntallment is on 01.02.2017 there will not be balance in my said acount fr rd installment bank will responsible fr penalty and my rd should not be affected

        Sorry we cant provide u the card no as we are afraid to provide the card details request you to trf the amount to my sb account all the details are mentioned in the mail

BEFORE I SUBMITT MY FILE IN BANK, BRANCH MANAGER MR DHARWADKAR TELL ME TOTAL COST REQUIRED FOR LOAN IS AROUND RS.[protected]INCLUDIND SHARES).
