NMIMS — Late Fee Charged

I have been contacted by NMIMS several times since AUG 3rd' 2022. As I have had tried to take admission for their PG program on July, however, they contacted me and said we're not providing PG programs any more. I said its on your website, if you guys are not providing this course then you should update your website. Then I decided to not proceed with their institute.

After 31st July- Around 6th of Aug I received call from NMIMS Mumbai (some one head of the admission department) she insisted me a lot to take admission in MBA (Distance) Program and connect with the counselor 'Aashtha' Delhi Admission Branch (Laxmi Nagar).

I did connect with the counselor on 8th Aug for admission and they immediately sent me a link to pay Rs 6200 (Application+Admission) Fee.
After that I asked what is the total fee payment procedures i.e : Installments/semester wise and all. She said yes you can pay semester wise and next semester you need to pay Rs 6500. After that conversation no calls whatsoever. I repeatedly call them asking for documentation process then somehow they asked me to share the documents over mail (in between there was a lot of disconnects + back & forth regarding official emails ids). Then again I haven't received any communication from the counselor, though I received 1 mail regarding payment for 1st semester is 30000/- (Understood documents must have been verified and now I can enroll for the semester).
I found that Its asking me to pay Rs 6500/- (now why she asked me to pay over call 6500). The 500 is late fee which is applicable from 3rd Aug if someone joining the course.

Is this right to call candidates after the deadline of 3rd Aug and insisting or forcing them to take admission and not informing about the late fee?? On top of that 1200 Application fee is not refundable + 500 late fee also not refundable. its a scam.

When I wanted to take admission you guys said this course is not available but it was their. I do understand PG program was for just around 50K to 60 K and MBA is for above 1.20 Lakh.

Now when I've discussed with the Delhi admission team (counselor Aashtha + Satynder) they said- Ma'am we will adjust 500 in next semester.
Come on, you're the only smart one sitting their to sell your courses?
I asked to send me the written confirmation over email then he started saying we cant refund or adjust in fact we cant do any thing in this case. You need to pay 500.

Okay, you guy came to me after Aug 3rd when the late fee of 500 was already initiated over the website and asking candidates to pay for this???? KUY Bhai? We are earning here to pay unnecessary late fees and also mentioning over call- Ma'am its not a big amount. What?? Then you pay it, why me? I'm not taking late admission. You guys are approaching late.

Also, 500 is a big amount for a person who is working day and night to earn and feed their family. Its not a joke. If you think its not that big please go ahead and pay 500 because its not my fault. I would not appreciate this behavior from a so call big institution like NMIMS.

Can you please look in to this as this is totally not justified. Not providing complete information, totally misleading the candidates and asking to pay for something which has not been done from our end. Totally ridiculous.

Need Immediate assistance, as the counselor now saying from 20th we will be adding 1000 rs late fine so pay the amount before that. What is this? Not expected this from NMIMS well known institute. Is it?
