I have been contacted by NMIMS several times since AUG 3rd' 2022. As I have had tried to take admission for their PG program on July, however, they contacted me and said we're not providing PG programs any more. I said its on your website, if you guys are not providing this course then you should update your website. Then I decided to not proceed with their institute.

After 31st July- Around 6th of Aug I received call from...

I took admission into Diploma programme in Jan'2021. University had the provision that one can take lateral admission into MBA Distance post completing his/her Diploma programme. Now that I have completed my Diploma programme, University says that they have changed their policy since last month and they don't give lateral admissions now. Many of our batchmates are affected by this sudden policy change in between.
Any changes post-admission should be prospective in nature and should not affect existing students. Nowhere in the brochure, while taking admission in Diploma programme, it was mentioned or not in anyway I was informed that lateral admissions are subject to University's Policies prevailing at that time. NGASCE has just become money-minded seeing it's rise in student enrollments. University says to start with Semester 1 again. Just a mere policy change can waste so many student's one year time and effort.

I called up the authorised enrollement partner (AEP) again and again, and then they told that you will get the admission, just submit your fees and processing charges; after submitting the fee they stepped back and said Univeristy has now changed its policy and one cannot take lateral admissions now. AEP Name- Halo Technologies.

I want lateral admission into MBA Distance program now alongwith all other students who are afftected by this policy change. Students' future are at risk.

I am forced to join the distance learning mba course by svkm's nmims insititue, who after repeated refusal wont stop. They are hell bound on mentally torturing and harassing students with their power. They have caused me so much stress that im in mentally exhausted. Please do something about these people in power.

I found ants inside my snickers bar. I have a video of it too.

I have cancelled admission for Reg no:[protected] citing health reasons and wish to inform you that the form has been successfully submitted. However, there is a discrepancy in the amount to be refunded as during the counselling I was promised a refund of 10, 000 Rs in case of cancellation by Swathi from your institution. But in the refund received I see there is a deduction of Rs 5000. I was told there will be only one deduction which is the registration fee of Rs. 1500 from the total amount of 11500 paid during registration.

This was not communicated to me that there would be any deductions and i request you to honor the words of your counsellor and issue a full refund of Rs 5000 (Balance) at the earliest. I have submitted the form and request this to be expedited. I have already waited almost a month for the form and do not wish to wait longer for the remaining refund . Hence requesting the sum of 5000 to be refunded to my original mode of payment.

I have got a call from the so call deem university... Swati was the concern person who guided me for the process & also inform me loan details. She inform me to process 1st register by the amt (1200) later when i asked what if my loan is not approved will ill get my amt refund back. She arranged a call back from the team. I got a call from another person (Abhishek) i asked the same query if any amt will get deducted he confirm there will a dedication but a very basic amt (500 approx.) cancellation charges. Later i was asked to pay another 5000/- rupees then only they can process the loan. After making a payment online the loan company rejected the loan. When asked the reason for rejection i was not given any information. I asked to process my refund. I was told my register fee (1200) will not be paid back & also there will be a deduction of 1000/ from my down payment. When i got it escalated to the supervisor told that although all the calls are getting recorded they will not able to help me for the same.

When i asked to transfer call to manger. I got a stupid reply as this not a call center so they don't have any manager, senior supervisor or any concern person to escalate. Who ever person i have interacted till take don't seem to be any superior (Tone seems to be very unprofessional)

At the time of inquiry, information center(Baner, Pune) said that NMIMS gives placement assistance for post graduate distance courses so I enrolled in PGDBM. Now I am in 4th semester and trying to get placement assistance but university is saying that they do not give placement assistance to distance education courses. Even, on back side of their books, they have mentioned placement assistance. I have attached pdf with this.

Please help me to sort out this problem.

I travel by harbour train every day from Juinagar to Vile Parle in the morning and return by harbour train in the evening from Vile parle to Juinagar. The coaches of harbour train interior is very very dirty - ceiling is rusted and looking ugly, interior lots of advertisement papers pasted. It looks like it is an orphan and we are helpless creatures travelling free of cost. While new trains have been introduced in both the lines of W.Rly and C. Rly and when compared to these train this harbour train is nothing but a scrap. its become horrible to travel by harbour line, dirty trains and hevy rush. could you please tell me when you will make changes in hourbour line.
