NMMC — Bad smell from water treatment plant

We live in sector 15 ghansoli there is a foul smell that comes and goes on daily basis from the water treatment plant behind our building..thjs is getting too bad by the Day and almost impossible to breathe at times..please resolve this issue at the earliest
