NMMC — Bill payment failed and money debited

Please see below mentioned three transactions done by me on 6th May 2022.
I used ICICI payment gateway for my NMMC bill payment on NMMC portal.

These all three transactions got failed and each transaction is for INR 645.
Please proceed my refund ASAP.
