NMMC — complaint against street dog shouting in midnights

I am staying on rent in ulwe sector 23, plot number 214, I have to make complain against street dog are shouting in whole night in a gang..do to this facing problem in sleeping of my mother which having blood pressure..also my new born baby of one month old also get disturbed in night..so kindly take action for increasing street dogs population in our area..
