NMMC — complaint of owner for not cleaning of house given on rental

Address:401/B,hill view apartment, sector 29,agroli village

We stay at hill view 401b, agroli village, sector 29, cbd belapur.
The owner of flat no 301, given his flat to tenant on rent, due to lockdown tenant are not leaving at house. There is dump of pigeon dung into his balcony, the same is not cleaned by past so many months. Now due to rainfall the dump. Is smell very bad. We had requested to owner on call as and put message to clean the same. Owner is not listen, even used rashed words and ask us not to disturbed him by frequent calling. We need your help to resolved the problem
