NMMC — Defective system of Payment of Water bill online

Address:B3/19:1-2, SECTOR 3

For the last three months I am trying to pay the water bill online. The system is not working. I have approached CBD and Vashi offices for the rectification. I was told that the system is under repair.. My Number is[protected] Vashi. Is there any chance to get it repaired . If not paid penalty is imposed. There is only one outlet at Vashi Sector 10. There is huge rush. I request to make an early repair of system so that I can pay the Water bill online soon.
