NMMC — drainage water overflow

I am staying at parsik hill plot no 20b, near everest society, cbd belapur. Drainage water is getting overflow due to blockage of corporation line. All dirty drainage water is getting overflow in my plot. Due this there are lots of mosquitoes which can lots of diseases. There should be quick action to the problem. Please look into the issue on urgent basis.

I am citizen of India & i stay with in N.M.M.C. judicial. I am happy because govt. banned plastic. If plastic got with anyone they have to pay Rs. 5000/- as a fine.
But i want to asked one thing, if any pits (gadda) found in new constructed road then government pay how much to person
