NMMC — Garbage dump at my place

I would like to raise this issue as it's been long me and my family is facing this. There are 2 garbage dumps kept close to my house. I had requested many a times to the garbage van team to move the Garbage dumps bit further. There is a slot for garbage dumps but the dumps are kept way far ahead of that. Today when I requested the garbage guys to move it, they told me they don't have the authority to move it and I need to raise a complaint with the ward office. That sounded silly to me. Just to move thw garbage dumps I need to go and complaint to ward office.

Request you to please look into the matter as it's related to peoples hygiene and we have to close our doors and windows due to the bad smell from the garbage.
