NMMC — Illegal encroachment in society - No action by NMMC from last 2 years on complaint

We stay in The Oasis sector-30&31 Belapur, C wing 9th floor. Each floor has a common servant toilet in the building. On our C-wing 9th floor our neighbor has encroached the common servant toilet inside their room and access to this common facility is blocked for others.

Its been 2 years we are doing follow up with NMMC but NMMC is not taking any action on complaint.
Ward officer's general reply, "we will work on it", but when, its 2 years to complaint, horrible experience.

I am NRI, and its painful to see my elderly parents have to visit Belapur ward officer from last 2 years just to follow up on complaint.
Belapur ward officer not working on it from last 2 years, they are just ignoring the complaints.

I request NMMC to take action on it.
