NMMC — Money debited but website showing failure

I paid the property tax on 14 july 2022 Rs 2720 and amount get debited but then the webpage shows the error and it does not reflect on website that bill payment is done and it showing bill is pending.so please resolve the issue and reflect that bill payment is done.
