Illegal sheds on open terraces and the shops also have illegal sheds which covers pavement and caused trouble to all residents. We have filled complaint several times in ward office A in 1-6-2015, but the official neglect our complaint and no actions were taken on it. Then we filed a RTI[protected] to understand what actions have taken.[protected] after awaiting for almost one year we sent a reminder letter addressing the official, asking them about actions taken against the complaint but all in vain. We have facing the problems as we can't use the pavement outside our building neither we can access our terraces as it has been completely enclosed by illegal sheds... looking forward for solution So that all the residents of Progressive group villa I plot no 77, sector.19/20, Belapur will be happy and it has been a inconvenience to all o[censored]s.

1-6-2015 on this day we had filed a complaint in Belapur ward office A in regards with open terraces covered with sheds and shops also have illegal sheds covering the pavement
[protected] we had filed for an application from RTI for the above asking them that why there is no action taken against the complaint filed earlier but no action was taken further on
[protected] we gave them a reminder letter stating about the same complaint but still there is no action taken against it and the complaint was not taken into consideration as the official neglected the complaint.
I am writing this to you today after approaching all the official and looking forward to have a solution and remove the illegal sheds which has caused an inconvenience to all the residents of the building, I request you to please look into this matter and give us some solution as we have knocked all the doors and all our efforts were in vain, looking for an positive solution which will bring relief to all the residents of the building.
