This is to bring to your kind attention that today i had made online payment for my water bill... Consumer #[protected] through your online payment gateway at your website. I had made the payment through union bank debit card. The amount is deducted from account, but did not reflect at the ledger on your site. My transection details payment date 29/11/2017 time-03.55pm. Sir, today I have done online payment for my water bill ( consumer no[protected] and my money is deducted from my bank account but still it is not reflecting the payment.
