NMMC — Water bill payment issue

I paid the water bill on 12 mar 2022 Rs.299 twice and both time amount got debited but then the webpage showed the error, and it does not reflect on website that bill payment is done, and still it's showing the bill is pending, so please resolve this issue, made the changes and please re
