NMMT Bus — Bus did not stop after showing Hand wasted 2 hrs

Bus number 71 Kalyan to Belapur did not stop at Bailbazar bus stop. It was raining heavily and I shown him hand and tapped bus also but driver did not open the gaye. I wasted my two hours.
