NMMT Bus — Busses not reach on time at bus stop

This complaint regarding to NMMT busses not reach on time, this complaint related to kharghar bus stop
Bus time is 7:45 but bus reach at the time of 8:06 before the bus reach at bust stop .I saw bus already reached at bus stop 15 min before. Is this right ?please sent busses on time
