I am a senior citizen. Daily i am travelling from thane to borivali by ac bus. It has been observed that most of the bus drivers do talk on cell phone while driving. There is always heavy traffic on ghodbunder road. Safety is of prime importance. Therefore it is expected that the drivers should be instructed to follow driving rules scrupulously. Thanks,

Updated by Sadanand Mhaske I would like to suggest again that there should be proper number of Reserve seats for senior citizens in your AC bus. There are only 2 seats Resort for senior citizens. Comparing to the service of other transport Corporation the number is less by 2 seats. Suggested for consideration.

The driver of Bus no 5296 at 9:45pm tried to overtake me at the entry point in KHARGHAR where I was already at the turn he I was completely cornered.

Arragont driver arguing and not giving letting me go.

Please look into this.
