NMMT — NMMT app doesn't work properly

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the NMMT mobile application and the operation of Bus Nos. 4AC and 008GAC on the Vashi–Thane route via Kopar Khairane and vice versa

The NMMT app does not work properly and often fails to provide accurate information about bus schedules and live bus status. Passengers are unable to determine whether the buses are running and when they are expected to arrive.

Additionally, Bus Nos. 4AC and 008GAC are often not available as per the scheduled timings. There are very few buses operating on this route, which causes significant inconvenience to daily commuters traveling between Vashi and Thane via Kopar Khairane.

Many passengers rely on these buses every day for work and other essential travel. Delays, irregular timings, and bus cancellations create unnecessary difficulties for commuters.

We request NMMT to:

Improve the functionality and reliability of the NMMT app.
Ensure that Bus Nos. 4AC and 008GAC operate according to the scheduled timetable.
Avoid bus cancellations unless absolutely necessary.
Increase the frequency of buses on this route to meet passenger demand.
